Guest Rooms and Facilities

We offer newly renovated and decorated guest rooms with high speed wireless internet, cable TV and local phone(inside each room, dial 9 for outgoing call). Clean bedding, pillows and free towel service is included, as is complementary shampoo and soap. Our guests also enjoy daily complimentary tea and coffee 24/7 in kitchen.
 
We offer different type of rooms. The studio apartment suite is prefect for the whole family. 2 queen size beds come with private full kitchen and three-piece bath. The economy cozy rooms offer double size beds, semi private four –piece bath. The traditional comfort rooms offer queen size beds, four-piece bath.
 
Rates
Our single occupancy Guest Room Rates range is from $80.00 CDN to $120.00 CDN. All Rates are PERＮIGHT in Canadian or US Dollars. AND INCULDE APPLICABLE SALES TAXES.THERE IS NO OTHER CHARGES.
 
Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is requested between 2:00 P.M. and 11:00 P.M. unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out time is by 11 A.M.

We'll be pleased to answer any questions you may have and take your reservation.
Please make your reservations with a current credit card, expiry date and CID. While we do not put a charge on your card, we will hold the room for you with it. You may pay at your time of check-in with a different card, cash or traveler’s cheque. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Name, phone number or emails will be required for booking confirmation email.
 
Our Accommodation Policy:
l  Total accommodation fee is required when checking-in.
l  Guest may see accommodation before checking-in. Once checked-in there is no refund ---- (Except the security key deposit). For early departure / check-out due to your change of plans, money paid is not refundable.
l  This is a non-smoking house. No pets.
l  A $20 refundable cash deposit is required for the keys.
